‘Tis the season for more Christmas music to check out!

We are once again the recipient of more enjoyable Christmas music from some gentlemen looking to get word out about their latest Christmas release. Brad McNett sent me an email letting me know that his latest album is available as a free download on Bandcamp. If you’re looking for some smooth, airy, light-jazz in your Christmas music, this is worth checking out…

Brad passed on a quote from Marc Myers over at JazzWax.com:

“Singer Brad McNett and guitarist Jake Reichbart’s Please Come Home for Christmas is a sweet little holiday album. This is bare bones stuff—just the two of them—with Reichbart even doubling as engineer. But it’s a pure, tasteful effort, with just the right amount of feeling and sentiment. Dig The Christmas Song, Winter Wonderland and It’s the Most Wonderful Time of Year. What’s particularly addictive are Brad’s endearing vocals and Reichbart’s chord voicings.”

So if you’re looking for something new to get you into the spirit, just click the link to check out the album:

Happy listening! And thanks Brad!

Note: We here at Jeffco are always glad to listen to artists looking to get the word out about their Christmas releases. No promises, but if we like what we hear, we’re only too happy to spread the word… (We’re still listening to Jeffrey Philip Nelson and Bunny Sigler from last year too, so check those out if you haven’t already)
