Jeff’s Review:
Four and a half stars

My personal favourite of the live-action Scrooge/A Christmas Carol films. Beautiful, artistic, with German Expressionist touches, this one is is a forgotten treasure, eclipsed by more popular and more available versions. A refreshing change for someone who doesn’t want to keep seeing the same version over and over.
