Mick Foley, WWE Hall of Famer and Year-Round Christmas Enthusiast, shares his favourite Christmas song.

Mick Foley was offering to make free videos while everyone was stuck in quarantine, so I thought it might be nice to ask him to tell us his favourite Christmas song so that people who made Christmas CDs (or mixes) could include the audio in their mix with the track if they wanted (like an introduction to the song). And Mick, being one of the nicest guys ever, was kind enough to oblige, and he’s shared a video you can watch here, and I’ve also extracted the audio so anyone who wants to download it and include it in this year’s Christmas mix can! Spoiler: It’s Roger Miller’s ‘Old Toy Trains’, but hearing him explain why is definitely worth sticking around for. Thanks for sharing Mick!

If you use this track in your Christmas mix this year, be sure to let us know! I hope a lot of people get to discover this classic Christmas song if they don’t already know it!

And if you haven’t checked it out yet, consider picking up Mick’s book ‘Saint Mick’. It’s full of great stories of Mick’s love of Christmas, and his adventures on the way to becoming a real life Santa Claus! I really enjoyed it. It made me want to do more for Christmas. One of the highest compliments I can give someone is to say they’re a friend of Christmas, and Mick is most certainly a friend of Christmas.
